These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our event management, videography, photography, audio, DJ, and printing services (“Services”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 All bookings must be made in writing through our official communication channels.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit of [50]% is required to confirm your booking.
1.3 Full payment must be received as per the schedule outlined in the invoice before the event date.
2. Services Provided
2.1 We provide event management, videography, photography, audio, DJ, and printing services as specified in the service agreement.
2.2 We will make every reasonable effort to provide the agreed services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as particular styles or final edits unless explicitly stated.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 The client shall provide all necessary information, access, and permissions required for successful delivery of the services.
3.2 The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals related to the event.
3.3 The client shall ensure that all attendees comply with our policies and safety requirements.
4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Any changes to the scope of services must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
4.3 If cancellation occurs within [5] days of the event, the full payment may be forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights in the photos, videos, and other content produced by us remain the property of Lumiere Events and Productions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal or promotional purposes. Commercial use requires additional licensing.
6. Liability
6.1 We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
6.2 Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
6.3 We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury occurring at the event venue.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
8. Privacy
8.1 We collect and process personal information as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
8.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Florida, USA courts.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
10.2 Amendments to these Terms may only be made in writing and signed by both parties.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
